All job site injuries/accidents is administered by CLS
Reviews Supervisor's Accident reports
Responsible for filing and submission of form #100 to insurance carrier
Analyze accidents/injuries and respond with corrective measures
Process workers compensation billings, doctor reports, etc.
Communicate with Insurance carrier on a regular basis to update cases and ensure that they are being managed properly by carrier
Provide regular injury case status reports to CLS clients for accidentsthat occurred on their job site
Prepare and Post MIOSHA 300
Unemployment
Process and Manage MESC and out of state unemployment reporting, including requests for attendance at MESC hearings
Clients typically reduce their SUTA rates by limiting their direct employment of construction trades persons. Their rates would then be influenced only by the more stable employed office personnel that they directly employ
