The CLS company policy with respect to Equal Employment Opportunity shall be as follows:

CLS shall promote Equal Employment Opportunity for all qualified employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination in employment because of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, handicap, age, or veteran status. CLS will work to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and applicants in recruitment, employment, promotions, demotions, transfers, layoff, and terminations.

CLS has in the past and will continue in the future to maintain and implement an Affirmative Action Plan to ensure that all employment decisions are made to further our commitment to Equal Employment. This policy statement shall apply to all phases of employment, including but not limited to: hiring, recruitment, selection, placement, training, promotion, demotion, transfers, layoff, recall, termination, rate of pay, fringe benefits, and other forms of compensation. The policy shall apply to full-time, part time, seasonal, and permanent employees.

Supervisory, Field and Office Staff are expected to comply with both the letter and spirit of stated Company policy. Employees who may feel that they have been the victim of discriminatory action are encouraged to contact our Company office.

This policy statement will be distributed to all Office and Field Supervisory personnel and posted on job sites.
